Where we have cleaned and treated a surface for organic growth, we guarantee the treated area against significant re-growth of algae, moss, lichen and black spot for 12 months from the date of service. If substantial re-growth occurs within that period, we will return and re-treat the affected area free of charge. This guarantee applies to the treated surface only and does not include weeds, dirt build-up, new staining, drainage issues, standing water, fallen debris, lack of maintenance, or any external factors beyond our control.

We focus on proper cleaning and longer-lasting results, which may include chemical treatment, appropriate cleaning methods and where needed re-sanding or stabilising the joints.
Pricing depends on the size of the area and how much restoration is required, so the easiest way to get an accurate quote is to send a couple of photos or request a fast quote.
I’ve had my driveway cleaned before but the results didn’t last. Why would this be different?
This is a common issue when surfaces are only pressure washed without the correct treatment.
While pressure washing removes visible dirt, it often doesn’t fully treat the organic growth such as moss, algae and spores that cause surfaces to quickly turn green, white or black again.
Our approach focuses on cleaning and treating the surface properly, which may include chemical treatment to deal with organic growth and help reduce regrowth.
Where appropriate, we can also re-sand joints on block paving or apply protective treatments to help stabilise the surface and improve how long the results last.
Every surface and environment is different, but the goal is always to leave the area looking cleaner and help the results last longer than a simple pressure wash alone.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or patio?
It can if done incorrectly. Different surfaces require different cleaning methods. Using too much pressure or the wrong equipment can damage paving or disturb the joints between blocks.
We assess the surface first and use the appropriate cleaning method, pressure and treatments for the material to achieve the best possible result while reducing the risk of damage.
